Chicken Sliders w/ Macadamia Nut Colelaw & a Wedge Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Sliders
4 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls, cut in half warmed
1 pound ground chicken. Proportioned into 4 patties
4 slices swiss cheese
Salt and Pepper
Mold into 4 patties. Grill or sauté. Use a cast iron skillet if you can when sautéing.
Coleslaw
1 1/2 cups Shredded Coleslaw Mix
2/3 cup chopped toasted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Toss together and set aside - salt and pepper to taste.
Secret Sauce (not a secret anymore)
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup yellow mustard
1//4 cup A-1 Smokey Mesquite Steak Sauce
1/3 cup Mayo
1/2 lemon, juice only
Couple of twists of Cracked Black Pepper
Mix well and set aside
Assembly
Slather all sides of the buns with the secret sauce. Place a handful of slaw on the bottom part of the bun. Place the burger on top and then place the other half of the bun on top. Cut in half and chow down!
Wedge Salad
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 8 wedges
3/4 cup fresh white corn off the cob
12 pear tomatoes cut in half
Your favorite blue cheese dressing
Place 2 wedges on the same plate as the burgers. Sprinkle with corn and tomatoes. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
