NOTE: We understand that people are arriving at different times for the first events. There is little to NO parking at these locations, so we ask that if you are not coming in on a scheduled group shuttle from the airport or Westin/Whetstone, to please Uber/Lyft to the location and then join the shuttle from there with the rest of the group. Your group concierge will have your credentials with them at the event for you.

Radio Programmers Hang

Kick the week off at the beautiful Whetstone Wine Cellars and prepare for a fantastic few days in Napa Valley!

At Whetstone Wine Cellars (1075 Atlas Peak Rd, Napa)

Shuttle will take you to a special performance at Sleeping Giant Winery following your time at Whetstone. Please note, you must take this shuttle in order to attend, as there is NO PARKING available at Sleeping Giant Winery.

Shuttle Pick Up: IF COMING IN FROM SMF 10:30AM Meet Lauren Boland in baggage claim and she will take you to your shuttle and will have your credentials.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM:

Special Performance

Join the music supervisors for an incredible live performance by Andy Grammer.

At Sleeping Giant Winery (2258 Las Amigas Rd., Napa)

Shuttle will return to your hotel.

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM:

Credential Pick-Up

Please see the LITV Credential Desk in the Westin Verasa lobby to get your credentials if you haven’t received from your concierge to this point. If you miss this window, please see the Credential Desk at the entrance of the Welcome Reception event.

Hotel Check-in

Hotel check-in is at 4 pm. Our host hotels will do their best to accommodate an earlier check-in if at all possible, but please note it is not guaranteed that your room will be ready BEFORE you leave to go to the first scheduled LITV event. They would be happy to hold your luggage for you until you get back and check-in to your room if needed. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation!

Welcome to Live In The Vineyard 2023! The Welcome Reception will feature exquisite wines, delectable bites, and musical performances by Jackie Evancho, Jay Allen, Lawrence, and Brent & Zach from Shinedown.

Music Supervisors and Programmers VIP Dinner

Enjoy a delicious vintner dinner at the acclaimed Merryvale Vineyards, followed by intimate musical performances by Fritz Hager, Jonah Kagen, and Charlotte Cardin.

At Merryvale Vineyards (1000 Main St., St. Helena)

Shuttle will return to your hotel following dinner.
