One of the pairings was a “Mishima Ranch Eye of Rib Eye Sautéed Wild Mushroom Ragout” paired with the 2006 Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Proprietary Red. Yummy! Both Jason and Greg had killer personalities and were joking with our guests the whole time. Over at the Miner Family Vineyards the VIP’s were wined and dined while listening to Atlantic recording artists “American Idol” sensation Jason Castro and Canadian beauty Serena Ryder. The VIP’s then headed over to one of Napa’s most venerated Cabernet houses – Silver Oak were they were blown away by their exceptional Cabernet’s paired with wood-fired pizza and special treats from Silver Oak’s recognized chef – Dominic Orsini.
