In 2008, Bobbii Hach Jacobs partnered with her good friend and fellow entertainment industry go-getter, Claire Parr, to create Live In The Vineyard. Veterans of music promotion and marketing, they noticed the struggle new musicians were having to get their music on the radio, and also how much the industry itself was changing. They had to do things differently.
A decision was made to marry their love of music, food, and wine. They started planning a getaway weekend to take place on July 20-22, 2008 at Miner Family Winery in scenic Napa Valley.
The event featured Jason Mraz, who was trying to get “I’m Yours” on the radio (success!), Matt Nathanson, Dave Barnes, and Tristen Prettyman. 16 local radio stations agreed to give away tickets and the first Live In The Vineyard was born.
We are looking for photos and videos shot during this event. If you were there and would love to share those with us, please send them via email to social [at] litventertainmentgroup [dot] com. Thank you!
