We are so excited to have you joining us for Live In The Vineyard presented by Visit Napa Valley November 1-3 in the Napa Valley. We have an incredible lineup of artists that you will get the chance to enjoy over the three days - in addition to the amazing wines and delectable bites.

Please see the following points to help plan for your trip.

PLANNING AHEAD:

  • We encourage you to check with your hotel concierge for different dining/tasting options to do during your free time as some may require reservations. We ask that you please make sure you allow ample time to get to your next scheduled LITV event if doing so.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • If flying, don’t forget to check-in 24hrs prior to departure.

  • Car service: Our preferred partner is Pure Luxury Transportation 1-800-626-5466 let them know you are with LITV.

WHAT TO WEAR:

  • The attire for Live In The Vineyard is business/winery casual. Please note the Welcome Reception, VIP Luncheon, and Send Off Brunch are outdoors. Average temperatures in Napa Valley for the month of November are at a high of 66°F and a low of 43°F.

  • YOU MUST WEAR YOUR CREDENTIAL AT ALL TIMES TO ACCESS EVERY EVENT.

HOTEL CHECK-IN:

  • Hotel check-in is 4pm. Our host hotels will do their best to accommodate an earlier check-in if at all possible, but please note it is not guaranteed that your room will be ready BEFORE you leave to go to the first scheduled LITV event. They would be happy to hold your luggage for you until you get back and check-in to your room if needed. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation!

CREDENTIAL PICK/UP:

  • Please check your itinerary for credential pick up information specific to you. Should you miss the pick-up window on Tuesday, November 1st 2pm-3:30pm, you may pick up your credentials at the Welcome Reception credential desk near the entrance.

TRANSPORTATION:

  • Transportation is provided ONCE in Napa to LITV sanctioned events. Please check your itinerary for shuttle pick up and drop off information.
