Welcome to Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2024! Get yourself all settled in at the luxurious five-star Bardessono and prepare for an incredible week of music, wine, and fine dining.
Transportation:
Dinner location is walking distance from the hotel. Please meet your concierge in the lobby at 5:45 PM.
6:00 PM - 9:30 PM:
Inspirato Welcome Dinner
Get your first taste of Napa Valley’s exquisite wine pours and bites just across the street from your hotel at Ottimo, an esteemed outdoor eatery with unmistakeable Italian style in the heart of Yountville.
TUESDAY, APRIL 23
Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 10:30 AM at the Bardessono Valet Loop. Shuttles will return to the hotel following the event’s conclusion.
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Inspirato Wine Tasting & Lunch
Enjoy a wonderful lunch experience on Pritchard Hill at the iconic Chappellet Estate Vineyard and sip on brilliant wines courtesy of the Chappellet Family, featuring intimate, acoustic performances by Remy Garrison and Charly Reynolds!

Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 4:00 PM at the Bardessono Valet Loop. Shuttles will take you to your dinner following the event’s conclusion.
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM:
Welcome Reception
Welcome to Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2024! The Welcome Reception will feature exquisite wines courtesy of Peju Winery, along with delectable light appetizers and incredible musical performances by Callista Clark, Rodney Atkins, and Scotty McCreery.

Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 7:00 PM at Peju. Shuttles will return to the hotel following the event’s conclusion.
7:30 PM - 10:00 PM:
Inspirato Dinner
Top off your first night at LITVGC with intimate music, delicious food and exquisite wine courtesy of the lovely Odette Estate Winery, featuring a private musical performance in-the-round after dinner by Julia Cole and Callista Clark.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24
Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 10:30 AM at the Bardessono Valet Loop. Shuttles will return to the hotel following the event’s conclusion.
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM:
Midday Tailgate
Our midday country tailgate event will feature five electric performances by country stars Lily Rose, MacKenzie Porter, Hailey Whitters, ERNEST, and Larry Fleet, along with exquisite wine pours from Raymond Vineyards and tasty afternoon bites.

Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 6:30 PM at the Bardessono Valet Loop. Shuttles will do a drop at the Westin for those wanting to attend the Late Night following the Uptown concert, then will return to the hotel.
The Uptown Theatre is a ticketed venue. Please bring your paper tickets with you.
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM: (6:30 PM DOORS)
Uptown Theatre Concert
Enjoy a magical evening of premiere country music, featuring performances by Drew Baldridge, Sara Evans, Scotty Hasting, Runaway June, Josh Ross, and LOCASH with concessions and a no-host bar available.
Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 11:00 PM at the Uptown . Shuttles will do a drop at the Westin for those wanting to attend the Late Night following the Uptown concert, then will return to the hotel. Shuttle will do a final pick up at the Westin at 12:45 AM returning to the hotel.
11:00 PM - 1:00 AM:
Late Night Party
Top off your evening with the Late Night Party presented by Garrison Brothers Distillery, including light bites, cocktails, and music by DJ Louie Giovanni for a classic after party!

THURSDAY, APRIL 25
Transportation:
Inspirato Shuttle pick up 9:30 AM at the Bardessono Valet Loop. Shuttles will return to the hotel following the event’s conclusion. Please remember to check out of your hotel before leaving for the event unless other arrangements have been made. Please let your concierge know if you will not be on the scheduled shuttle.
9:30 AM - 1:00 PM:
Send Off Brunch
A morning of music, food, and wine hosted at The Carneros Hilltop, featuring wonderful musical performances by Remy Garrison, Brittney Spencer, and Julia Cole to finish off an unforgettable week at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country!
