Credential Pick-Up
Please see the LITV Credential Desk at your hotel to get your credentials and meet your concierge for the event. If you miss this window, please see the Credential Desk at the entrance of the Welcome Reception event.
4:00 PM
Hotel Check-in
Hotel check-in is at 4 pm. Our host hotels will do their best to accommodate an earlier check-in if at all possible, but please note it is not guaranteed that your room will be ready BEFORE you leave to go to the first scheduled LITVGC event, depending on when you arrive. They would be happy to hold your luggage for you until you get back and check-in to your room if needed. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation!
Transportation:
Lithia Shuttle pick up 4:00 PM at the Archer. Shuttle will take you to your dinner following the conclusion of the event.
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM:
Welcome Reception
Welcome to Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2024! The Welcome Reception will feature exquisite wines courtesy of Peju Winery, along with delectable light appetizers and incredible musical performances by Callista Clark, Rodney Atkins, and Scotty McCreery.

7:30 PM - 10:00 PM:
Lithia Dinner
Top off your first night at LITVGC with intimate music, food and wine, featuring a private musical performance in-the-round after dinner by Anderson Daniels and Emmet Stevens Jr.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24
Transportation:
Lithia Shuttle pick up 10:30 AM at the Archer. Shuttle will take you to your hotel following the conclusion of the event.
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM:
Midday Tailgate
Our midday country tailgate event will feature five electric performances by country stars Lily Rose, MacKenzie Porter, Hailey Whitters, ERNEST, and Larry Fleet, along with exquisite wine pours from Raymond Vineyards and tasty afternoon bites.

The Uptown Theatre is within walking distance from your hotel. Please meet your concierges in the lobby at 7:00 PM.
The Uptown Theatre is a ticketed venue. Please bring your paper tickets with you.
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM: (6:30 PM DOORS)
Uptown Theatre Concert
Enjoy a magical evening of premiere country music, featuring performances by Drew Baldridge, Sara Evans, Scotty Hasting, Runaway June, Josh Ross, and LOCASH with concessions and a no-host bar available.
Transportation:
If you would like to attend the Late Night Party, take any Westin Shuttle. There will be a rotating shuttle available to return to the Archer from the Westin.
11:00 PM - 1:00 AM:
Late Night Party
Top off your evening with the Late Night Party presented by Garrison Brothers Distillery, including light bites, cocktails, and music by DJ Louie Giovanni for a classic after party!

THURSDAY, APRIL 25
Transportation:
Shuttle pick up at the Archer at 9:15 AM. Shuttle will take you to your hotel following the conclusion of the event. Please note to check out of your hotel BEFORE leaving for the event unless you have made other arrangements.
9:30 AM - 1:00 PM:
Send Off Brunch
A morning of music, food, and wine hosted at The Carneros Hilltop, featuring wonderful musical performances by Remy Garrison, Brittney Spencer, and Julia Cole to finish off an unforgettable week at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country!
